At Native and Natural, we take pride in delivering exceptional, carefully sourced coffee. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle refunds:

Eligibility for Refunds:

Unopened Bags: Full refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Quality Issues: If the coffee arrives stale, damaged, or with obvious defects, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Wrong Item Shipped: We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct product or issue a refund.

Not Eligible for Refund:

 Opened & Used Bags (unless due to a quality defect).
 Change of Mind after tasting (coffee is subjective, but we’re happy to help you find a better match!).
 Orders older than 30 days.

How to Request a Refund:

• Email us at jakadplantations@gmail.com within the eligible timeframe.
• Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for the request.
• We’ll respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping:

• If required, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for defective/wrong items.
• For non-defective returns, customer covers return shipping.

Our Goal: Your satisfaction. If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right—no hassle.

How It Works:

 Roasted Fresh – Your coffee is roasted within 1-2 days of ordering.
 Shipped Fast – Dispatched within 24-48 hours after roasting.
 Delivery Time – Typically 3-5 business days(Domestic)  | 5-10 days (International).

Why the Wait?

• We don’t pre-roast—your beans are at peak flavor when they arrive.
• Resting 1-3 days post-roast ensures optimal degassing for brewing.
• Tracking info is sent as soon as your order ships.
