Cancellations & Refunds Policy
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every Native & Natural product. However, if you wish to cancel or return your order, please review our policies below.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched (whichever comes first).
To request a cancellation, email us at Jakadplantations@gmail.com with your order number.
Return & Replacement Eligibility:
Due to the nature of our products (natural, handmade, or perishable items), we only accept returns for:
Damaged or defective products
Incorrect item(s) received
All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at Jakadplantations@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original method of payment.
In the case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after we receive your account details.
Non-Returnable Items:
Products that are opened, used, or not in original packaging
Gift cards or promotional items
Personal care products due to hygiene reasons (unless defective or wrong item sent)
Return Shipping:
If a return is approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or guide you through the return process.
Native & Natural will bear the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
